Refund Policy

Enrollment Cancellation:

• • If you wish to cancel your enrollment for any reason, you must notify Vie Classes within 2 Days of your initial enrollment.
  • Upon cancellation within this period, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, minus any non-refundable administrative charges.
  • Requests for cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing or via email to our support team.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• • Refunds are only applicable to fees paid for coaching services. Any additional expenses, such as study materials or administrative charges, may not be eligible for refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations requested after the specified time frame from the date of enrollment.

Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified by the student.

Non-Refundable Charges:

• • Certain administrative charges or fees may be non-refundable. These charges will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment.

Any study materials or resources provided as part of the coaching program may be non-refundable once accessed or used.

Dispute Resolution:
